AI & Automated Call Disclosure
If an automated assistant calls you on our behalf, here is exactly what that means.
When an AI assistant is used
Some calls may be placed or answered by an AI voice assistant rather than a person. This only happens where you asked to be called and ticked the box agreeing to a call that may be handled by an automated assistant.
It identifies itself
The assistant identifies itself as an automated assistant at the start of the call. It is used to understand what you need, answer common questions, and schedule a follow-up.
Reaching a person
You can ask for a person at any point in the call and the conversation is handed to a member of our team. You can also end the call at any time, or email us instead.
Payments
The AI assistant never collects card numbers or payment details on a call. Any payment is completed by you through a secure checkout link.
Call information
We keep a record of the call outcome and a summary so we can follow up on what you asked for. This information is handled under our Privacy Policy and is not sold.
Consent and withdrawal
Agreeing to an automated call is optional and is never a condition of buying anything. You can withdraw that consent at any time by telling us on the call or by emailing us.
