AdResst — Rideshare Smart Display Advertising LLC is the founding company: ultra-HD headrest tablets in rideshare vehicles running video and infographic campaigns to a passenger who is already looking, already deciding, and minutes from a destination.
The original model
Founded by Lamont Duverne in North Hollywood, California. Angel-funded, operating, and the strategic base the wider media group is built on.
Media Network
Video and infographic advertising delivered on high-definition tablets mounted to rideshare headrests — bright picture, clean audio, a full-attention environment.
Distribution
A strategic partnership with Guam's only rideshare service put AdResst into 38 vehicles on the island, with Southeast Asia mapped as the next expansion market.
Platform
Ad rotation placement, conversion reporting, and monthly exposure summaries for advertisers — while drivers earn additional income from every screen.
Origin Story & Media Infrastructure
Ultra-HD headrest displays, the Stroll Guam fleet, and live ad rotation — the hardware and partnerships AdResst Media grew out of.

In the press · Benzinga · August 30, 2019
“While taking a ride, a lot of people do almost nothing until they get to their destination. It’s one of the best times to get passengers’ attention and deliver creative advertising content to them.”Read the Benzinga feature →
2019 → Now
Every idea in the Benzinga feature is still the operating logic of AdResst Media — it just runs across more screens, more formats, and more companies than a headrest tablet could hold.
Attention
2019
Owning the captive minutes of a rideshare trip — the moment before a passenger decides where to eat, stay, or spend.
Now
Owning attention wherever the decision happens: content, creator partnerships, streaming, and local search — the same intent window, unbundled from one seat.
Distribution
2019
A hardware network: ultra-HD tablets placed in vehicles, with expansion mapped through Guam into Southeast Asia.
Now
A distribution stack planned in the brief — social, streaming, TikTok Shop live commerce, direct mail, and OOH — so the work reaches people, not just gets made.
Small business access
2019
A simple, affordable, direct-to-consumer medium so local businesses could reach customers without an agency.
Now
The Local Business system: site, AI receptionist, reviews, social, and reporting — the same promise, now an operating system instead of an ad slot.
Proof
2019
Ad rotation placement, conversion reports, and monthly exposure summaries for every advertiser.
Now
Media intelligence across the group — conversion tracking, campaign analytics, and case-study reporting standard on every engagement.
Creators & earners
2019
Drivers earning additional income from a screen they didn't have to build or sell.
Now
Creators, artists, and talent monetized through partnerships, label services, studio infrastructure, and recoup accounting.
Structure
2019
One LLC in North Hollywood: AdResst — Rideshare Smart Display Advertising.
Now
A media group — AdResst Media, 2ND ADAM, Grown Kids Music Group Label, The Kake Factory Recording Studio, Recoup, and the rideshare origin division.
The Role
AdResst began as an advertising technology company solving a narrow problem well: rideshare passengers spend the ride doing almost nothing, and that window is the most attentive, highest-intent moment in a consumer's day. Putting a smart display in it made rideshare profitable for drivers and direct-to-consumer for local businesses.
Everything that followed — story, music, sound, and sync intelligence — is an expansion of that same thesis: own the moment of attention, own the content inside it, and own the data that proves it worked. The rideshare network remains the origin division and the distribution edge of the group.
Founded and grown solo: one founder handling the technology, the hardware, the advertiser relationships, and the carrier partnerships — which is why the press coverage in 2019 read as a path to profitability rather than a funding announcement. Legal name: AdResst — Rideshare Smart Display Advertising LLC. Founder and CEO: Lamont Duverne. Based in North Hollywood, California.
